Below are common issues and their status. If you are still having trouble with an issue that is marked as resolved, please contact us.


Error attempting to Renew membership

If you receive an "Please validate 1 invalid key code" error when attempting to renew membership, please visit this renewal page to try again.


Unable to access "My Account"

If you are unable to access "My Account" please try clearing web browser cache.


Group access denied / My Groups tab not appearing / Posts or Squadrons not appearing

This is primarily caused when registering a new account with an e-mail address that does not match the e-mail address on the member record. Please use the e-mail address associated with your member account during registration so data and access permissions can be assigned correctly.

Cannot see over 4,000 members in roster

Unable to process 2023 membership via transmittal

This issue should be resolved by July 5.

Unable to sign in

Some are reporting an error (ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) when attempting to sign into MyLegion.org. This is currently being investigated by our team and we will provide updates here.

Update: If experiencing this error, please sign into your internet service provider's website or mobile app to "Allow Access" to login.personifygo.com. For further assistance, please contact your internet service provider.

Critical Error when clicking Add/Modify Transmittal

Some are reporting an error with the message "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details" when clicking on Add/Modify Transmittal. This is currently being investigated by our team.

Cannot update bank account information in My Group profile

Bank information can be updated when finalizing the transmittal. The Transmittal Payment window has a link to update account information.
