Find us on Facebook! American Legion Post 163 Parker County. We are Parker County Post 163 of Weatherford, Texas! Our Weatherford post is a Family comprised of Legionnaires, Sons of the Legion, and Auxiliary members, focused on community and camaraderie. We do have a BYOB Canteen ("Eagle's Nest"), however we are "so much more than a bar." We also have a hall for rent, offer Van rides to VA appts, and have an indoor PICKLEBALL Court. We share our post with youth groups, and are standing up a Junior Shooting Sports Program for kids under 18. POST Meetings are the THIRD Tuesday of each month at 7PM. Come and observe if you are considering joining. We meet for game night EVERY Thursday at 6pm (darts, pool, and 42 Dominoes tournament). A great time to meet us. We also have social dinners MOST Fridays at 6PM. Join us sometime, and bring guests! We just ask for donations for the dinners. Post 163 Legionnaires: All of you should have received your membership renewal form in the mail by now for the 2027 year. These early notices are meant to encourage prompt renewals, and minimize the need for National to send reminder notices across the country. We worked hard to keep our dues at $45 for the post, but unfortunately they are going up in 2028. Please consider renewing now either by mail or online at www.mylegion.org. You can now pay for three years in advance or just simply hit auto-renewal also. We look forward to seeing you at your Post meetings the THIRD Tuesday of each month promptly at 7:00 pm.
