The County Judge in Jeff Davis County has acquired grant money for Veterans and Widows who meet a certain criteria. 2 different grants, one for financial assistance with bills and the other is for upgrading ones home. The home improvement is reminiscent of the Weatherization Program from back in the late 70s early 80s. Anyway, I am attaching a flyer with contact info on it.
