Legionnaires, If you're still located within Maryland and not getting ready for the upcoming weather we're about to have, please ensure you take the time today to prepare yourself, your family. and your friends Make a few "buddy calls" to your legionnaire family and friends and make sure they are ready and not in need. I made 20+ calls yesterday and intend to make many more today. Although i'm fresh out of getting a knee replacement and not yet released to normal activity, but making phone calls and connecting the right people is as good as me doing it Jump on your phones today and call someone and ask how they are doing and if they need anything. its simple, and to the point and very rewarding I hope soon we will not have to discuss membership, but until we're beyond 100% i must keep mentioning it. Our District, Region, Department and National 'Commanders are depending on us. Please help me recruit, retain and get all members paid-up for 2027> If you or your legion buddy doesn't have a 2027 membership card in their wallet or purse, your not in good standing (as it pertains to membership). Have a happy and safe week. V.R., Walter Routzahn, Commander
